Tiered verification

A base tier sufficient to hold a balance and trade spot requires identity and sanctions screening. Higher tiers unlock derivatives, primary-market participation, event markets, and higher withdrawal limits.

On-chain screening

Counterparty addresses are checked against sanctioned-entity lists and risk-scored through chain analytics before a withdrawal settles, and incoming funds are scored on arrival. Travel Rule obligations that attach to transfers between VASPs are applied where counterparty information is available.

Product gating

Product gating combines residency, risk class per instrument, and verification tier into a single decision per module per user. Spot major pairs differ in risk class from leveraged or primary instruments.

Behavior-triggered refresh

Tiered re-verification triggered by account behavior — such as a sudden tenfold increase in volume — re-tests circumstances that a single-point 2026 verification would never see in 2029.

AI Risk Shield

The AI Risk Shield runs continuously against withdrawal and settlement events, reading behavior against each account’s own baseline: device and network fingerprints, time-of-day distribution, destination address novelty, and graph structure of counterparties. Holds are time-bounded; the user is shown what triggered the review.
