Operating entity

The operating entity is a U.S.-incorporated company. Certain products described in this paper are unavailable to residents of restricted jurisdictions and to users below specified verification tiers. Access controls are applied at the module level and are described in Section 12.

NKEI status

NKEI is an account-bound, non-tradable ecosystem access unit recorded on NKEAI’s internal verifiable ledger. It is not offered for sale, carries no redemption right, no dividend, no revenue share, and no expectation of financial return, and it is not listed or intended to be listed.

Modular architecture & partners

This document describes a modular operating architecture in which core technology and ledger infrastructure are paired with locally authorized third-party payment and fiat-clearing partners across supported corridors. NKEAI does not directly custody user fiat as a domestically licensed bank or payment institution in every market named.

Compliance-by-design and geo-eligibility

Compliance-by-design

Every product carries an eligibility class at the point of definition, and the class determines which verification tiers and which jurisdictions may reach it. Adding a product without declaring its class fails the build.

NKEAI operates under a federated compliance model: entity-level registration and anti-financial-crime controls are maintained at the corporate baseline, while jurisdiction-specific regulated activities — such as local fiat clearing and payment processing — are executed exclusively through authorized partners where required.

Dynamic geo-eligibility

Residency is determined from evidence rather than declaration alone — document issuance, device and network signals, payment instrument origin. A user’s available product set can shrink after their jurisdiction’s treatment changes, and positions in a now-restricted instrument get a defined wind-down path rather than an immediate closure.

Service availability

Product availability varies by jurisdiction and verification tier. Naming a country, currency, or payment corridor is not a representation that services are currently available there.
